• We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or results of any contractor's work
• We do not endorse or recommend specific contractors over others
• We are not responsible for any agreements or disputes between you and contractors

User Responsibilities

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting quote requests. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your contact information.

Direct Contractor Relationships

Any contract for services is directly between you and the contractor. You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying contractor credentials, licenses, and insurance
• Reviewing and agreeing to contractor terms and pricing
• Ensuring all work meets local building codes and regulations
• Resolving any disputes or issues with contractors
• Making payments directly to contractors

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Submit fraudulent quote requests
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to harm or interfere with the Service
• Harvest or collect user information without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity

Contractor Network

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. While we make efforts to work with licensed and insured contractors, we do not guarantee:

• The quality or competence of any contractor's work
• That contractors will respond to your quote request
• The accuracy of contractor-provided information
• That contractors maintain current licenses and insurance

You should independently verify contractor credentials and qualifications before entering into any agreement.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Limitation of Liability
